Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes

These are now my new favorite cupcakes!  They are chocolate cupcakes with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in the middle and peanut butter buttercream frosting on top…and just for fun I added a piece of a peanut butter cup on top.  VERY rich and VERY good.  Made these for my new guineas pigs otherwise known as  my softball team.   I always get to try new recipes without having to worry about it sitting at my house for me to eat alone.
